Paul Greenberg lectures widely on seafood and ocean sustainability. His lecture venues have included Google headquarters, the United States Supreme Court, Harvard University, Yale University, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, The Culinary Institute of America, Paine & Partner's annual shareholders meeting, The Nature Conservancy, UC Santa Barbara, the New York Explorer's Club, Trout Unlimited and many other public, private and educational institutions. He has also led private guided dinners at some of the US's leading restaurants from Le Bernardin in New York to North Pond in Chicago to Ammo in Los Angeles.
